A certified Persian translation carries the official stamp and signature of the sworn translator, together with a statement of conformity. Why Persian is a special case

Persian, known as Farsi (فارسی), is the official language of Iran. It is very close to Dari, spoken in Afghanistan, and to Tajik, spoken in Tajikistan: these three varieties form a single linguistic continuum but differ in administrative vocabulary and, for Tajik, in alphabet. Persian is written in right-to-left Perso-Arabic script, with calligraphy specific to official Iranian documents.
