Installing a standard booth takes approximately 2 hours. For large multi-booth configurations, we recommend installation the day before the event.
What equipment is needed for 100 simultaneous participants?
1 to 2 booths depending on the number of languages, 100 receivers plus 10% reserve, and 1 dedicated technician. We draw up a personalised technical plan on request.
Is the equipment compatible with videoconferencing systems?
Yes, our equipment is compatible with the main platforms (Zoom, Teams, Cisco Webex). We also offer hybrid in-person/remote solutions.
What happens if there is a technical failure during the event?
